    • Where you are + Where you want to be: your life balance plan across all areas of your life. We will identify one area, one goal that you want to start with. Simple, no overwhelm!

    • Personal Daily Rituals to support you in transforming your day-to-day life. We will start to incorporate practices around mindfulness, gratitude, and holistic (mind/body/soul) well-being throughout the 14 days.
